3 Can they support you beyond incorporation?
Registering your Malta company is the easy part. The real value is in ongoing support: accounting, tax, annual returns, changes to shareholding or directors, compliance with new rules, and simple things like reminding you of deadlines before they become an issue. Look for a CSP that clearly describes their ongoing support package, not just “we form companies”.
4 Is their pricing transparent and easy to understand?
